Before proceeding with the registration, PLEASE read the following information:

To qualify for the first round, singers must submit the following materials in digital form:

  • A)  Live Audition
    The registration has to be done no later than the deadline for the respective place of the audition.
    The deadline is usually 10-5 days before the audition date (see the schedule).

The following must be submitted:

  1. scan or photocopy of passport or identity card;
  2. high-quality and high-resolution portrait photo for the official competition’s booklet;
  3. receipt of the money transfer of the registration fee of 60 EUR.

  • B)  Audition by video recording (YouTube or download link) –
    The deadline is the 1st of June, 2025.

The following must be submitted::

  1. scan or photocopy of passport or identity card;
  2. high-quality and high-resolution portrait photo for the official competition’s booklet;
  3. receipt of the money transfer of the registration fee of 120 EUR;
  4. YouTube links or links for downloading the singer’s video files. NB! Titles of the works and the date of the recording must be indicated!

Be sure to pay before starting the registration process!

NB! The singer will be considered registered only after the competition (PromFest) has received all the requested files and the registration fee! The registration fee may also be paid by another person. The registration fee is generally non-refundable. This is only possible if the competition cannot take place due to the organizers. If there are any questions about the fee, they must be clarified before payment.
