Registration

Before proceeding with the registration, PLEASE read the following information:

To qualify for the first round, singers must submit the following materials in digital form:

• A)  Live Audition
  The registration has to be done no later than the deadline for the respective place of the audition.
  The deadline is usually 10-5 days before the audition date (see the schedule).

The following must be submitted:

1. scan or photocopy of an international passport or identity card (which also contains information in Latin letters);
2. high-resolution portrait photo for the official competition’s booklet;
3. receipt (screenshot) of the money transfer of the registration fee

• B)  Audition by video recording (YouTube or download link) –
  The deadline is the 1st of June, 2025.

The following must be submitted::

1. scan or photocopy of an international passport or identity card (which also contains information in Latin letters);
2. high-resolution portrait photo for the official competition’s booklet;
3. receipt (screenshot) of the money transfer of the registration fee
4. YouTube links or links to download the singer’s video files. NB! The titles of the works and the exact date of the recording must be indicated!

Be sure to make payment before starting the registration process!

NB! A singer is considered registered for the competition only after the competition (PromFest) has received all required files and the registration fee. The registration fee can also be paid by another person. The registration fee is generally non-refundable. This is only possible if the competition cannot take place due to the organizers. If there are any questions about the fee, they must be clarified before payment.

BEFORE CONTINUING REGISTRATION, BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE NEEDED FILES!

First, you need to fill out the registration form and then upload the files.
